Directions
Water Oak Aikikai is a traditional dojo that we built behind our house. It is not in a strip mall or other public access area. If you would like to come out to the dojo please call to ensure that class is being held and to let us know to expect you. [ Contact Us ]
Turn-by-Turn
  • From either direction on I-485 take Exit 57
  • Turn North onto NC-16/Providence Rd. towards Charlotte (0.3 mi)
    (this is away from Weddington/Waxhaw)
  • At the 1st light, turn right onto McKee Rd. (0.5 mi)
    (this road is named Ballantyne Commons Pkwy if you turn left)
  • At the Fire Station turn right onto Tilley Morris Rd. (2.3 mi)
  • Turn right onto Antioch Church Rd./Forest Lawn Rd. (0.6 mi)
  • Keep left (really straight) onto Forest Lawn Rd. (1.0 mi)
  • Turn right onto Water Oak Lane (0.2 mi)
